Stuart Watson
Music Therapist
​
Stuart fulfils a dual role, serving as a registered music therapist and the role of lead clinician for the team. With experience in a range of settings such as schools, care homes, hospitals, hospice care, and living support, he provides a broad spectrum of sessions. Currently, his primary focus is on working with children, young people, and adults in the learning disability and autism sectors.

Diane Thompson

Diane is an accredited integrative counsellor working in school settings since 2019, and has previously worked in Special & Primary settings also. She works closely with students & staff to help students with their social & emotional health, to achieve their goals and help them become their own therapists. Diane believes in early intervention and strives to provide a safe confidential space for all. ​​

Lisa is an accredited Play Therapist, Certified Filial Play Parent Coach/Mentor, and a Certified Forest School Leader. She has over 20 years experience of working with children and young people, and their families as well as supporting professionals who work with them.

Bethany Coulter

Bethany is a music therapist with a passion for helping individuals connect with their emotions and rediscover their voice through music. She specialises in working with teenagers and adults dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma, using creative, person-centred approaches to support emotional exploration, healing and confidence-building.

Adeline Quinn

Adeline has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Therapy which specialises in helping people recognise their thought processes and subsequent behaviours. She's been working as a Therapist since 2010 and enjoys working with both adults and children across a broad range of spectrums including those who are suffering with depression, anxiety, trauma, & bereavement.

Conor is an experienced music therapist who has been practising for over seven years He specialises in working with children and young people who live with additional support needs and often works in special educational settings. He has always taken a holistic approach with clients and value making connections with people.

Vanessa Gillespie

Vanessa Gillespie is an Integrative Counsellor and can offer therapy sessions in both English and Spanish to clients navigating a range of mental health challenges. Drawing on her expertise in Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care, she creates personalizsd treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

Megan Crowe

Megan has been supporting children, young people and their families since 2016, in various different roles that include a key worker in residential homes for children, pastoral year leader in secondary schools and as a NSPCC Helpline Practitioner. Megan is a Play Therapist and Counsellor for children and young people, specialising in anxiety and supporting highly sensitive children and young people. Megan is very passionate in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people and families across N.I, through holistically meeting the individual needs of each client.

Lisa is an experienced counsellor working with adults, groups, children, adolescents, and families, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, she delivers individualized, whole-person therapy within a supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative space. Lisa focuses on building psychological understanding, fostering resilience, and providing psychoeducation to empower clients toward lasting change and wellbeing.

Kathleen is an HCPC registered Music Therapist operating in the Derry/Londonderry area. She specialises in working with disabled children and adults, driven by her profound belief in the powerful, healing value of music. Beyond her clinical practice, Kathleen is a passionate ally and advocate, dedicated to fostering strong community connections and ensuring the disabled community's voice is heard.

Jenny is an accredited BACP therapist, with an honours degree in counselling, and Postgrad certificate in C&YP counselling.
Jenny is an experienced integrative therapist who provides a safe and nurturing environment to help CYP navigate emotional challenges and build resilient futures.

Lisa Metsamaa

Lisa's experience as a music therapist was further enriched during her two-year journey in Portugal, where she passionately provided music therapy services to diverse communities. We are thrilled to welcome her back to Northern Ireland, where her expertise will once again contribute to the well-being and healing of individuals through the transformative medium of music.

Tom, a registered music therapist, completed his training at the University of Limerick, Ireland. He delivers impactful music therapy services to various settings, this includes working with schools to enhance the well-being of students, extending his support to young individuals within the Foster Care system, and conducting personalised home visits to cater to all unique needs.

Catherine Gordon

Catherine is a HCPC registered Music Therapist who qualified in 2011. From then she has been working with clients in Pallative Care, Learning Disability and adolescents with emotional and mental health problems. She is based in the Greater Belfast area, where she works in EOTAs with teenagers who present with behavioural and emotional problems.

Michael Walton

Michael is an integrative therapist with a BSc in counselling and psychotherapy, and a Postgrad certificate in working with children, young people and families: a psychoanalytic observational approach. He believes in providing a client focused space to explore underlying issues and the complexities of the human condition. He has a wealth of experience working with adolescents, adults and EAP clients in private practice, community and school settings.

Pauline Turner

Pauline is an integrative therapist who has been working in Post-Primary schools since 2019. She aims to provide the young people who attend counselling with a safe, non-judgemental place to talk, where they can work towards their goals. She works collaboratively with every client she meets, and aims to empower them to explore what they need to in sessions, whether they need a space to process or would like resources to use outside of the counselling room, tailoring every session to the individual needs of each client.

Julie Schiess

Julie is an experienced counsellor who has worked across the age span within the Charity and Voluntary and School Sectors. Starting in Crisis Intervention, she has worked in Bereavement, Parenting Support and with Victims and Survivors of the Troubles. Julie is passionate about early intervention and uses creative approaches and interventions to ensure a person centred, person led focus.

Naomi Craig

Naomi is a HCPC registered music therapist who qualified in 2012. Naomi has worked all over Northern Ireland in a variety of settings including mainstream and special needs schools, hospices, day centres, neurological wards and mental health settings. Naomi has a passion for using improvisation, movement and playfulness through music to connect with young people and support their developmental needs.

Kerry Lee Devlin

Kerry Lee is an integrative counsellor. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed, drawing on counselling, psychology, and holistic wellbeing to meet each young person where they are. She has worked in primary, post-primary, and community settings, helping students with anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, neurodivergence, and the impact of childhood adversity. Kerry Lee aims to offer a calm, safe space where young people feel heard, understood, and supported.

I am passionate about promoting the healing power of play and have experience delivering sessions in community and school settings. My areas of expertise include anxiety, attachment and trauma.

Lisa is an experienced and caring art psychotherapist. Her approach is non-directive, self-compassion focused and person centred. Through the process of art making, the client is able to explore their experiences non-verbally. We then reflect on this artwork and allow the client to integrate their mind and body experience.

Brenda McElroy

Brenda is a professionally qualified youth and community worker, with almost 20 years of experience in the community and voluntary sector, before beginning her counselling career. She trys to incorporate youth work approaches in her counselling practice to engage young people and bring creativity to the work. She has completed her level 5 CPCAB diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy.

Louise is a BACP accredited therapist who works with adults, children and young people. She has over 20 years experience working in various roles within the mental health sector. Louise particularly enjoys working with young people and is passionate about empowering people to bring about change in order to live a more fulfilling life. Louise has experience working across primary, post primary and special schools within the Belfast area.

Cecilia Keaveney

Cecilia has experience working with adults within neurological rehabilitation; as well aschild and adolescent mental health which includes developmental trauma and special education remits. Cecilia particularly values working within multi-disciplinary teams, where the collective input, adds so much to the outcomes for clients.

Bernie is a very experienced and passionate counsellor believing in the power of empathy; to listen in all sense of the word, not just to the words spoken, but to the unspoken, the tone, what is not said, and to support someone in their reflections towards their journey of self-actualisation. She works mostly in schools but has experience working with all people from all walks of life.

Paul Dickson

Paul has experience of working with individuals with ASD and people living with high levels of physical care needs, both in the community and in a hospice setting. Paul is also experienced at supporting people in their mental health, both in person and online. He is passionate about creating space for people to be heard and empowering them to express themselves freely and honestly using music.

Samantha Kelly

Samantha Kelly is a qualified counsellor with 11 years of experience, specializing in supporting young people through adolescence and early adulthood. She holds a BSc Honours in Therapeutic Communication with Counselling and Level 4 Counselling qualification, and combines person-centred therapy, cognitive-behavioural techniques, and mindfulness-based strategies in her practice. Samantha creates a safe, non-judgmental space where young people can build resilience, develop emotional awareness, and cultivate healthy coping skills.

Lauren is an integrative therapist since 2023 working with adults and young people. She believes it is a privilege to walk alongside clients on their therapy journey while supporting them to be the best version of themselves. Her work in post primary schools has allowed her to offer support and early intervention to improve the emotional health of those who need it most.

Collette Cassin
Counsellor

Collette is an integrative counsellor who provides a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment in which clients can explore their thoughts and emotions safely. She integrates person-centred principles with elements of CBT and mindfulness to create a tailored approach that meets each individual’s needs. Collette believes that meaningful change is possible when clients are met with empathy, respect, and understanding.

Finlay McConnell

Finlay is a qualified HCPC Art Psychotherapist, within her practice Finlay provides therapeutic support to young people using creative expression as a primary mode. The Art Therapy sessions are tailored to the individuals specific needs, providing a safe space to express feelings, gain insight and explore emotions. Finlay aims to help clients increase their understanding of different feelings and how to cope or manage difficult feelings to develop better mental health.
